Delete your Findit.jo account

In the app (immediate)

Open the app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings → Danger zone → Delete My Account.
Confirm. Your profile, favourites, cart, notification tokens and login are deleted right away.

If your wallet still holds a balance or you owe a delivery fee, the app will ask you to spend or withdraw the balance (or settle the fee) first, or to contact support so we can close the account for you.

By e-mail

Send "Delete my account" from the e-mail address on the account to support@finditjo.com. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted: profile (name, phone, e-mail, address), favourites, cart, chat history with the assistant, push tokens, login credentials.
Kept, anonymised: order and invoice records and wallet ledger entries, because tax and accounting law requires them (up to 5 years). They are no longer linked to a login; write to support if you want your name and phone removed from them.
Kept for 90 days, then deleted: delivery photos and driver GPS trails tied to your orders (dispute review).

Deletion is permanent. Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited once the account is closed.
