Terms of Use

By creating an account or placing an order on Findit.jo you agree to these terms. Findit.jo is a marketplace: stores sell the goods, drivers deliver them, and Findit.jo runs the platform, the wallet and support.

1. Accounts

• One account per person, aged 18 or over, with accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Store and driver accounts are created by Findit.jo after onboarding and may be suspended for breaking these terms.
• We may block an account that refuses deliveries repeatedly, abuses promotions or behaves abusively towards staff or partners.

2. Orders and prices

• The price you see at checkout is what you pay: items, the delivery fee (which includes 16% sales tax), any card-processing fee, and any unpaid fee from a previous refused delivery.
• An order is a request until the store accepts it. The store may cancel if an item is unavailable; you are not charged for a cancelled order and any wallet amount is refunded.
• You may cancel a pending order in the app before the store accepts it.

3. Delivery

• Set the map pin accurately and be reachable on the phone number you gave. The driver photographs the delivery as proof.
• If you refuse or are unavailable for a delivery after the driver has collected it, the delivery fee of that order is charged to you and collected with your next order (or from your wallet).
• Cash is paid to the driver at the door for the part not covered by your wallet.

4. Wallet

• Your wallet holds refunds and credits from Findit.jo. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Customers can spend the balance on orders. Balances cannot be paid out in cash except as refunds decided by Findit.jo.
• Promotional credits (welcome, referral) may be withdrawn or cancelled if obtained through duplicate or fake accounts.
• Stores and drivers receive their share of each delivered order in their wallet and can request a payout to their CliQ alias (minimum 5 JOD, daily limit applies, new accounts wait 24 hours). Findit.jo pays within 3 working days after approving the request.
• A driver's wallet may show a negative balance for cash collected on behalf of the platform; that cash must be deposited as instructed.

5. Refunds and complaints

Contact support through the app within 48 hours of delivery for wrong, damaged or missing items. Approved refunds go to your wallet, or to the original card where the payment provider allows it. Findit.jo's decision on a dispute, after reviewing the delivery record, is final on the platform; your legal rights are not affected.

6. Stores and drivers

• Stores set their own prices and are responsible for the goods, their tax on goods and their descriptions. Findit.jo deducts its commission and the sales tax on that commission from each order.
• Drivers are independent contractors paid per delivery, must hold the licences the law requires, and must hand over collected cash as instructed.

7. Acceptable use

No fraud, no reselling of promo credits, no scraping, no attempts to bypass the app's security, no abusive messages to staff, stores or drivers.

8. Liability

Findit.jo provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by Jordanian law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; continued use after the date above means you accept the new version. Jordanian law applies and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
